Service

Maintenance service: All our products can enjoy free maintenance service during the warranty period (except for problems such as factory adjustment of processing technology, use of fabrics or sewing lines beyond the normal range of use specified by the machine, and production of processes beyond the sewing performance of the product, etc.)

During the product warranty period, no unit or individual shall collect service and maintenance fees from users in any form (replacement parts charged separately).

Replacement service: During the warranty period, any defect or oil leakage fault caused by the casing when it is out of the factory can be directly applied to the product supplier for replacement by the company's personnel.

No refund or exchange is allowed under the following circumstances

For over-insured goods (goods over three guarantees);

Commodity quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, infusion, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, or tearing, altering labels, machine serial numbers, anti-counterfeiting labels;

The external packaging, accessories, gifts and instructions of the commodities are incomplete, and the invoices are missing or altered.
